Set up staff
Before you start
- Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Staff, Permission Groups, and Onvio Access enabled.
- You'll need to have permission groups set up to assign staff to.
Add a staff member
- Select Setup, then Staff.
- Select Add.
- Go to the General tab.
- Enter an ID, Name, and Email Address.
Note: The email address you enter here will be used by the staff member to register and sign in to Onvio.
- Go to the Onvio Access tab.
- Turn on Onvio Access.
- Verify the staff member's email address and update it if necessary.
- Choose whether to send the registration email now, or later.
- Choose Select, tick the checkbox for each permission group that the staff member should belong to, and then select Done.
Note: Onvio shows the permissions for the highlighted permission group.
- You can also add rates and relationships to the staff member.
- Select Save when you're finished.
