Print to Onvio from locally installed applications
You can upload files from locally installed applications to Onvio with the print command.
Before you start
- Make sure you're assigned to a permission group that has Documents enabled.
- Make sure you download and install Onvio Link. Onvio will appear in the list of available printers from within each locally installed application.
- Make sure you're adding an accepted Onvio file type.
- Make sure the file you're adding is not larger than 500 MB.
Upload files
- Sign in to Onvio Link.
- Open the file from the locally installed application.
- Select File, then Print or use Ctrl + P.
- Choose Onvio from the list of available printers.
- Select the folder you want to store the file in or create a new folder.
- When you select Print, you'll send the file to Onvio Documents.
Note: The files that you upload to Onvio using Onvio Link will be stored as PDFs, regardless of their original file type.
