PSC with section 790ZG protection
People with Significant Control can apply to Companies House for protection of the following information.
- Only their home address, under section 790ZF of the Companies Act 2006.
- All their information, under 790ZG of the Companies Act 2006.
If the company that you're intending to incorporate has one or more People with Significant Control (PSCs) who have applied for or been granted protection under section 790ZG of the Companies Act 2006, then you will not be able to use an online method to request incorporation, including Onvio.
In these circumstances, you need to submit your request for incorporation to Companies House in hard copy by using a particular version of Companies House paper form IN01. You can get this version of form IN01 by sending a request to secureforms@companieshouse.gov.uk.
