Retrieve incorporation documents
- Go to My applications > Onvio Centre.
- Select Documents from the menu bar.
- Select the Client Documents tab.
- Select the name of the company from the Client drop-down list, then the Statutory Records folder on the left.
Note: Statutory Records is the default name for the document storage folder, but a different name may have been specified in the company formation project template.
- View the contents of the folder, which will include the Certificate of Incorporation retrieved from Companies House, the Articles of Association, and any documents attached to the submission.
Note: A Memorandum of Association will have been created by Companies House as part of the registration process. You can download it from the filing history of your Companies House account.
