Retrieve incorporation documents

  1. Go to My applications > Onvio Centre.
  2. Select Documents from the menu bar.
  3. Select the Client Documents tab.
  4. Select the name of the company from the Client drop-down list, then the Statutory Records folder on the left.

    Note: Statutory Records is the default name for the document storage folder, but a different name may have been specified in the company formation project template.

  5. View the contents of the folder, which will include the Certificate of Incorporation retrieved from Companies House, the Articles of Association, and any documents attached to the submission.

    Note: A Memorandum of Association will have been created by Companies House as part of the registration process. You can download it from the filing history of your Companies House account.
