View a client's VAT Returns history

You can view data from Onvio and HMRC about a specified period of your client's VAT Returns history. 

  1. Select My applications > Onvio VAT.
  2. A list of Projects is displayed. Under the client's name, select a VAT Return project (VAT Quarterly, for example).
  3. Select the History tab. 
  4. Enter a date range in any of the following sections, then select Query or Query HMRC to display the data.
    • Submissions: displays a history of VAT Returns submitted using Onvio.
    • HMRC Liabilities: displays HMRC's history of the client's VAT liabilities.
    • HMRC Payments: displays HMRC's history of the client's VAT payments.
    • HMRC Fulfilled VAT Returns: displays HMRC's history of the client's fulfilled VAT Returns.
  5. If you selected HMRC Fulfilled VAT Returns, select View next to a VAT Return in the list to see the details.
