View Client Centre as client or contact redirects to login


When you attempt to view the Onvio Client Centre from within Onvio by selecting the View Client Centre as '[client/contact name]' link, you're redirected to a login screen instead of the Client Centre.


This redirection by your internet browser can be caused by its language settings.


If you're redirected when using the Google Chrome browser, you can correct this unwanted redirection by taking the following steps.

  1. With Google Chrome open, select the Customize and control Google Chrome button at the top-right of your browser (it's the button with three dots in a vertical line), then choose Settings from the drop-down list. 
  2. Select Advanced > Languages from the list on the left.
  3. At the top of the first pane, select Language to reveal further options (you will see a down arrow that indicates there is more content to be viewed).
  4. If English (United Kingdom) is not listed, select the Add languages link, select English (United Kingdom) from the list, then select the Add button.
  5. Select the More actions button (which has three dots in a vertical line) to the right of English (United Kingdom).
  6. Select the Display Chrome in this language checkbox.
  7. Select the Relaunch button.
