- Select the Profile icon at the top right, then View Profile.
- Select the Password tab.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter a new password, then enter it again to confirm.
- Select Save.
If you can't remember your current password when logged in, select Sign out and reset your password from the login screen.
Change your password from the login screen
- Select Reset Password.
- Enter the email address registered for your Onvio account.
- Follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.
As a security measure, your password expires after 3 months and the login screen will prompt you to reset it.
