Delete items in the Documents area
You can delete subfolders and files from within folders that your accountant has shared with you in the Documents screen.
Deleted items go to the Onvio Recycle Bin. You can restore or permanently delete items from the Recycle Bin.
To delete an item, tick its corresponding box and choose Manage > Delete.
- You can delete items only if your accountant has given you permission to do so. For more information, contact your accountant.
- When you delete files that were uploaded to multiple folders, you’ll need to visit each folder and delete each document separately.
